Information handling

This public website does not intentionally set advertising cookies, run behavioral analytics, create visitor accounts, or maintain a website database. Standard server logs may still record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time. Proposal requests and email

The proposal-request tool validates information in your browser and sends the completed fields to a first-party request endpoint on this website. The information is used to review the inquiry and respond about assignment fit, scope, timing, and fee. The form does not use a third-party form processor.

Do not use the form or ordinary email for highly sensitive personal information, privileged materials, or confidential appraisal reports unless a secure method has been confirmed. Send only the basic assignment facts needed to begin a conversation.

Security verification

The proposal form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. When the request page loads, Cloudflare may process technical browser and network signals such as an IP address, user agent, connection characteristics, and the site origin. This website does not send the proposal form fields to Cloudflare. Turnstile returns a short-lived verification result that the first-party endpoint validates before delivery. Security and retention

No public internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Information that you submit through the form or send by email may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate an assignment, maintain business records, meet professional obligations, or comply with law. Do not send materials you are not authorized to disclose.
